The Council of Reserve Forces and Cadets Association, Defence Relationship Management and the Reserve Forces and Cadet Associations (CRFCA, DRM & RFCAs) collect certain information or data about you when you access CRFCA, DRM & RFCAs websites and landing pages.

The Data Protection Act 2018 states that, as a government body, the Council of Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (CRFCA), under who RFCA for Wales sit, may process personal data as a public task for the effective performance and achievement of the outputs as directed by the Ministry of Defence.

We store your data on secure servers in the European Economic Area (EEA).

We use MailChimp for our email alerts.

Some of our providers have staff and servers based outside the EEA, and stores your data in the US.

If you want to lodge a complaint, your complaint will be acknowledged within five working days and we will send you a full response within 20 working days. If we can’t respond fully in this time, we will write and let you know and tell you when you should get a full response.
